These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sweto, available at swetofix.com. By creating an account or using Sweto, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sweto is an AI-powered SEO analysis tool. You submit a website URL, and Sweto crawls publicly accessible pages of that site and uses AI to generate SEO findings, scores, and reports. Optionally, you may connect a Google account to enrich reports with real Google Search Console data for domains that account has access to.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Sweto.

3. Scan Credits & Payments

Sweto operates on a credit system. New accounts receive a small number of free credits; additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider, PayPal. Purchased credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by PayPal directly - Sweto does not store your payment card or bank details. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sweto to:

• Scan or analyze a website you do not own or have authorization to assess.
• Connect a Google Search Console account you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use Sweto for any unlawful purpose.

5. Google Account Connections

If you connect a Google account, you represent that you are authorized to grant Sweto read-only access to that account's Google Search Console data. You can disconnect any connected Google account at any time from Account Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is used.

6. Intellectual Property

Sweto and its underlying technology are owned by us. Reports generated for your account are yours to use, share, and export.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Sweto is provided "as is." SEO findings and recommendations are generated by AI based on the evidence available at the time of the scan and are provided for informational purposes - we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Sweto at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
